Fitness Instructor

Bradley is a coach and actor who specialises in good vibes, mild sass, and convincing people they’re capable of far more than they think (usually right when they’d prefer to stop). Expect plenty of laughs, the occasional questionable joke, and a suspicious number of “last reps.” Bradley believes training should be fun, but also effective, so while the session might feel like a good time, don’t worry… you’re still very much being put to work.

I’ve been active in fitness for over 40 years and now specialise in Pilates Reformer, Yoga and ETM instruction, as well as Personal Training.


My Japanese background inspires my approach to movement, longevity and balance, and it’s shaped the way I teach. After many years of teaching group fitness, I chose to focus on Reformer because of how powerfully it strengthens, aligns and supports the body. I love helping people improve their posture, mobility and confidence, and I’m passionate about making movement enjoyable, uplifting and something you want to come back to again and again.

Reformer Pilates Instructor

In 2020, my doctor recommended trying Pilates to help after giving birth to my daughter via C-section. This incredible practice has since changed my life. 


Pilates has so many benefits, from activating the rest and digest nervous system, improving flexibilty, balance and strength, blood circulation, and massaging internal organs and helping the digestive system. So much so that it's reduced my bloating symptoms from Crohn's Disease and slow bowel transit diagnosis.


I trained to be an instructor (mat, reformer and pre and post natal) to give others back their body confidence we tend to lose over the years.

I’m a ex professional dancer with a lifelong love for movement and a strong background in Pilates. My background in dance naturally led me into the fitness world, where I’ve gained experience in personal training and teaching a variety of fitness classes.


I’m deeply passionate about the positive impact movement has on both the mind and body, and I love helping others discover that for themselves. Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or working toward a specific goal, I’m dedicated to supporting and guiding you every step of the way.

By day, I work supporting vulnerable people, so I understand just how important movement and fitness can be for both physical and mental wellbeing.


Having been on my own fitness journey, I know how rewarding it is to challenge yourself and see what your body is capable of.


My classes combine the fundamentals of Pilates with the energy of HIIT, so expect to get your heart rate up, feel the burn, and leave feeling stronger, energised, and empowered. I’ll always encourage you to push yourself, have fun, and try something new.

As a former professional dancer, movement has been at the heart of my career for many years. My dance background has given me a deep understanding of body awareness, alignment, strength, and technique, which I now bring to my teaching.


I am qualified in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre, and I am passionate about helping clients move with confidence, improve their strength and mobility, and develop a stronger connection with their bodies.


My classes combine technical knowledge with an encouraging and supportive approach, creating a welcoming environment for clients of all abilities. I do however like a real good burn and pulse, and a good chat.
