With two years of hands-on experience working as a personal trainer/coach in England, New Zealand and Australia, I bring a well-rounded and practical approach to fitness. Backed by a decade of personal training and self-development in the gym, I have built a strong foundation of knowledge that goes beyond just workouts, it’s about creating sustainability and long-term results. My Philosophy is simple: Correct form comes first. I focus on building strength, confidence and consistency with my clients, helping them turn fitness into a lifestyle. Training has always been my passion not just a job and I’m here every step of the way to motivate as well as make you laugh through the pain.
BRADLEY
Fitness Instructor
Bradley is a coach and actor who specialises in good vibes, mild sass, and convincing people they’re capable of far more than they think (usually right when they’d prefer to stop). Expect plenty of laughs, the occasional questionable joke, and a suspicious number of “last reps.” Bradley believes training should be fun, but also effective, so while the session might feel like a good time, don’t worry… you’re still very much being put to work.

I’ve been active in fitness for over 40 years and now specialise in Pilates Reformer, Yoga and ETM instruction, as well as Personal Training.
My Japanese background inspires my approach to movement, longevity and balance, and it’s shaped the way I teach. After many years of teaching group fitness, I chose to focus on Reformer because of how powerfully it strengthens, aligns and supports the body. I love helping people improve their posture, mobility and confidence, and I’m passionate about making movement enjoyable, uplifting and something you want to come back to again and again.

For me, movement is for mental maintenance, improving body confidence and a commitment to longevity. My classes are carefully programmed to target the whole body with an even pace and flow in mind. I encourage clients to step into challenge but also to also to meet themselves where they are at without any judgment.
Although dynamic, my classes are rooted in classical Pilates principles, delivered with clear direction, encouragement and an understanding that energy levels change. There’s no hierarchy here, just intelligent movement, good playlists and a space to feel uplifted, capable and at home in your body.

In 2020, my doctor recommended trying Pilates to help after giving birth to my daughter via C-section. This incredible practice has since changed my life.
Pilates has so many benefits, from activating the rest and digest nervous system, improving flexibilty, balance and strength, blood circulation, and massaging internal organs and helping the digestive system. So much so that it's reduced my bloating symptoms from Crohn's Disease and slow bowel transit diagnosis.
I trained to be an instructor (mat, reformer and pre and post natal) to give others back their body confidence we tend to lose over the years.
